TFRC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFRC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,833 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFRC-associated genes across cancer lineages are BORCS7-ASMT, RNU6-709P, and RN7SL97P. Each is linked with TFRC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFRC-to-partner and partner-to-TFRC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BORCS7-ASMT grouped by TFRC-low versus TFRC-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFRC→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFRC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
