Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,293 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC24B, LAMTOR3, and UBE2D3. Each is linked with TFR2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFR2-to-partner and partner-to-TFR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFR2 versus SEC24B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
