Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,199 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPH, EME1, and DDX19B. Each is linked with TFR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFR2-to-partner and partner-to-TFR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPH grouped by TFR2-low versus TFR2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
