Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, Annexin-1, and p38-MAPK. Each is linked with TFR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFR2-to-partner and partner-to-TFR2 results are reported.
