Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFPT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,833 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFPT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE2M, PVR, and CHMP2A. Each is linked with TFPT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFPT-to-partner and partner-to-TFPT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFPT versus UBE2M in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
