TFPT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFPT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 811 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFPT-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1F2P, MIR6857, and VPS26B. Each is linked with TFPT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFPT-to-partner and partner-to-TFPT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1F2P grouped by TFPT-low versus TFPT-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFPT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFPT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
