Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFPT RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,337 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFPT-associated genes across cancer lineages are LENG1, RBM42, and PRPF31. Each is linked with TFPT in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFPT-to-partner and partner-to-TFPT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFPT versus LENG1 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
