Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFPT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,046 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFPT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, Positive regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, and Regulation of DNA strand elongation. Each is linked with TFPT in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFPT-to-partner and partner-to-TFPT results are reported.
