Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFPT mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFPT-associated genes across cancer lineages are Niraparib, LCL161, and AZD5153. Each is linked with TFPT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFPT-to-partner and partner-to-TFPT results are reported.
