TFPI2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFPI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,155 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFPI2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STARD13, PLEKHA4_S575, and CALU. Each is linked with TFPI2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFPI2-to-partner and partner-to-TFPI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFPI2 versus STARD13 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFPI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFPI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
