TFPI2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFPI2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,655 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFPI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTBL2, GNG11, and APOL1. Each is linked with TFPI2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFPI2-to-partner and partner-to-TFPI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFPI2 versus ACTBL2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFPI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFPI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
