TFPI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFPI2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 774 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFPI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6090, BNIP3P35, and SAMD8. Each is linked with TFPI2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFPI2-to-partner and partner-to-TFPI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6090 grouped by TFPI2-low versus TFPI2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFPI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFPI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
