TFPI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFPI2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFPI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p90 RSK, mTOR, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with TFPI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFPI2-to-partner and partner-to-TFPI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p90 RSK grouped by TFPI2-low versus TFPI2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFPI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFPI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
