Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFPI2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,613 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFPI2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell-substrate junction organization, Viral process, and Regulation of focal adhesion assembly. Each is linked with TFPI2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFPI2-to-partner and partner-to-TFPI2 results are reported.
