TFGP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFGP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,924 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFGP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF687_S253, ZNF638, and THYN1. Each is linked with TFGP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFGP1-to-partner and partner-to-TFGP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFGP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFGP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
