TFG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,591 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UMPS, NAA50, and TBC1D23. Each is linked with TFG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFG-to-partner and partner-to-TFG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFG versus UMPS in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFG→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
