TFG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 732 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8066, RNA5SP258, and MIR610. Each is linked with TFG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFG-to-partner and partner-to-TFG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8066 grouped by TFG-low versus TFG-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFG→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
