Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,537 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Postsynapse to nucleus signaling pathway, Regulation of early endosome to late endosome transport, and Positive regulation of viral process. Each is linked with TFG in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFG-to-partner and partner-to-TFG results are reported.
