Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TFF3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TFF3 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TFF3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TFF3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and ESCA are the cancer types where TFF3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
