Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TFF2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TFF2 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher TFF2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TFF2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC are the cancer types where TFF2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
