Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,340 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYSTM1, REG4, and UGT2A3. Each is linked with TFF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFF2-to-partner and partner-to-TFF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFF2 versus CYSTM1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
