TFF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFA5P8, LINC01639, and RBAK-RBAKDN. Each is linked with TFF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFF2-to-partner and partner-to-TFF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA5P8 grouped by TFF2-low versus TFF2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
