Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,397 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intracellular sodium ion homeostasis, Cellular response to fatty acid, and Positive regulation of potassium ion import across plasma membrane. Each is linked with TFF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFF2-to-partner and partner-to-TFF2 results are reported.
