Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS54, OR13C7, and PRAMEF1. Each is linked with TFF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFF2-to-partner and partner-to-TFF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRSS54 grouped by TFF2-low versus TFF2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
