TFF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,332 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGR2, TFF3, and SGSM3. Each is linked with TFF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFF1-to-partner and partner-to-TFF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFF1 versus AGR2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
