Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,472 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGR2, POC1B, and FER1L6-AS2. Each is linked with TFF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFF1-to-partner and partner-to-TFF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFF1 versus AGR2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
