TFF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are YWHAQP7, RN7SL454P, and RNA5SP447. Each is linked with TFF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFF1-to-partner and partner-to-TFF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YWHAQP7 grouped by TFF1-low versus TFF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
