Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,700 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aorta smooth muscle tissue morphogenesis, Cytotoxic T cell degranulation, and Acetylcholine biosynthetic process. Each is linked with TFF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFF1-to-partner and partner-to-TFF1 results are reported.
