TFEB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFEB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,305 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFEB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLPX, TFEB_S423, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with TFEB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFEB-to-partner and partner-to-TFEB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFEB versus CLPX in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFEB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFEB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
