Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFEB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,140 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFEB-associated genes across cancer lineages are SELPLG, PIK3R6, and CD4. Each is linked with TFEB in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFEB-to-partner and partner-to-TFEB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFEB versus SELPLG in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFEB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFEB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
