TFEB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFEB protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,013 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFEB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL3, RCSD1, and TFEB_S423. Each is linked with TFEB in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFEB-to-partner and partner-to-TFEB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFEB versus RASAL3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFEB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFEB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
