TFEB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFEB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,627 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFEB-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL51P2, MIR5680, and CWC25. Each is linked with TFEB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFEB-to-partner and partner-to-TFEB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL51P2 grouped by TFEB-low versus TFEB-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFEB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFEB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
