TFEB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFEB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFEB-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYZL1, OR1L6, and TXNDC8. Each is linked with TFEB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFEB-to-partner and partner-to-TFEB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYZL1 grouped by TFEB-low versus TFEB-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFEB→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFEB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
