Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TFDP3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TFDP3 data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher TFDP3 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TFDP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
ACC, KIRC, and SKCM are the cancer types where TFDP3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
