TFDP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFDP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,985 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFDP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DBR1, ASTE1, and KLHL24. Each is linked with TFDP2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFDP2-to-partner and partner-to-TFDP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFDP2 versus DBR1 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFDP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFDP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
