TFDP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFDP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,924 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFDP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCML2, SRSF12, and PSMG4. Each is linked with TFDP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFDP2-to-partner and partner-to-TFDP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFDP2 versus SCML2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFDP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFDP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
