TFDP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFDP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,073 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFDP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL98P, ABCD1P5, and LINC02460. Each is linked with TFDP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFDP2-to-partner and partner-to-TFDP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL98P grouped by TFDP2-low versus TFDP2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFDP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFDP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
