Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFDP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,154 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFDP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RISC complex assembly, Positive regulation of cytoplasmic translation, and Protein localization to chromosome. Each is linked with TFDP2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFDP2-to-partner and partner-to-TFDP2 results are reported.
