Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFDP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFDP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPHS2, PRDM7, and TKTL2. Each is linked with TFDP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFDP2-to-partner and partner-to-TFDP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPHS2 grouped by TFDP2-low versus TFDP2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFDP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFDP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
