Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFDP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,583 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFDP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal protein import into nucleus, Attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, and Positive regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation. Each is linked with TFDP1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFDP1-to-partner and partner-to-TFDP1 results are reported.
