Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFDP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 560 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFDP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRRD, CENPM, and POLDIP3. Each is linked with TFDP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFDP1-to-partner and partner-to-TFDP1 results are reported.
