Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFCP2L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,076 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFCP2L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TFCP2L1_S37, NUDT19, and RAB24. Each is linked with TFCP2L1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFCP2L1-to-partner and partner-to-TFCP2L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFCP2L1 versus TFCP2L1_S37 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFCP2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFCP2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
