Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFCP2L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFCP2L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC7A14, LGALS7B, and FAM205A. Each is linked with TFCP2L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFCP2L1-to-partner and partner-to-TFCP2L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC7A14 grouped by TFCP2L1-low versus TFCP2L1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFCP2L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFCP2L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
