Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TFCP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TFCP2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher TFCP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TFCP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
OV, UCEC, and BRCA are the cancer types where TFCP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
