Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFCP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,036 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TFCP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-59P, CPLX3, and RNU6-182P. Each is linked with TFCP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFCP2-to-partner and partner-to-TFCP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-59P grouped by TFCP2-low versus TFCP2-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
