TFCP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFCP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFCP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA14, C5orf52, and CEACAM3. Each is linked with TFCP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFCP2-to-partner and partner-to-TFCP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA14 grouped by TFCP2-low versus TFCP2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFCP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFCP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
