TFAP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFAP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,874 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFAP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC3, TFAP4_S124, and WRNIP1. Each is linked with TFAP4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFAP4-to-partner and partner-to-TFAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFAP4 versus SMC3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
