TFAP4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFAP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,932 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAP1, NLE1, and C20orf27. Each is linked with TFAP4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFAP4-to-partner and partner-to-TFAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TFAP4 versus TRAP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
