TFAP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TFAP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,797 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are UQCRC1, OIP5, and KCTD9. Each is linked with TFAP4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFAP4-to-partner and partner-to-TFAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UQCRC1 grouped by TFAP4-low versus TFAP4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TFAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TFAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
