Across TCGA cell cohorts, TFAP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,443 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TFAP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Host-mediated activation of viral transcription, Nucleosome disassembly, and Protein-DNA complex disassembly. Each is linked with TFAP4 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TFAP4-to-partner and partner-to-TFAP4 results are reported.
